Verdict

Gordon Elliott appears to have worked the oracle with STATION CLOSED, who has now well and truly left his old form behind with a pair of convincing wins. He's up once more in the ratings but with an excellent jockey in the plate, he cannot be written off if continuing to thrive. Bold Sky rates a fair danger based on last month's showing in a maiden at Wexford, now going in handicaps, he should be in the winner's circle before long. Rockey Storm showed up well at Clonmel last time while Sir Jack Yeats would have a chance if reproducing his chase form from this track in August.
