Verdict

New Abbey Angel can be expected to be thereabouts but his chances hinge on him being in a more co-operative mood than last time. New Decade and Cosy Club are interesting now reverting back to a mile. Captain Peaky showed he had dropped to a workable mark last time and a drop in grade should make him even more competitive. JOYFUL STAR arrives following a similar preparation to his sole success last year. His handicap mark looks more than fair and he looks a good shout to take this.
  1. Joyful Star
  2. Captain Peaky
  3. New Abbey Angel
