Prairie Impulse,
Hey Bob,
Bell Weir and
Dylan's Storm all clashed in a similar contest here twelve days ago, and there isn't too much between three of that quarter. The frustrating Bell Weir looks best placed to take advantage of a fair mark if putting his best foot forward, and it would be no surprise to see the top-weight come out best of that quarter today.
Too Many Diamonds made an emphatic start for Dan Skelton at Plumpton on Sunday, and on that evidence he should take the beating under a penalty, but he's most likely to be over-bet, and with rainfall forecast in the area, he does have a few minor question marks to address. Therefore, a chance is taken with
MAGNOLIA RIDGE. A dual winner over hurdles in 2016, he's slowly coming back to form, and appears on a very competitive mark in a fairly open looking contest (the Skelton trained runner aside).
