Verdict

Sir Michael Stoute saddles HIGHLAND CRADLE for a race which ahs been dominated by big Newmarket yards in recent years. Indeed they landed this in 2012 and must have excellent chances of doing so again with this choicely bred sort from a family that have done well for them previously. His Chelmsford second does read as the best piece of form given the winner has gone well in a good handicap since and the fourth won next time. Romanor chased home a subsequent winner on his return but was comfortably held that day, whilst Jakes Hill represents a yard that are finding some form and his debut last October was packed full of promise.
  1. Highland Cradle
  2. Jake's Hill
  3. Romanor
