Verdict

A competitive start to a very good card where finding winners will be hard. With the Fahey team making a good start to the season Penwortham needs to be respected here although the outside berth makes life challenging. Twin Appeal travels well in his races but the losing run remains a worry and others like God Willing, Bertiewhittle and Mishaal all add to the mix here although none are winning machines. This track favours front runners though and as long as they don’t get into a battle too far out both ROLL ON RORY and Gurkha Brave should be suited by the way this is run with the former making the most appeal as a former C&D winner.
  1. Roll On Rory
  2. Twin Appeal
  3. God Willing
