Verdict

This open-looking maiden seems like the sort of race that might go to a newcomer, and KYNETON could fit the bill. The son of Fastnet Rock has an appealing pedigree and a Derby entry to his name, and is saddled by a trainer who isn't afraid to run good quality horses in all weather maidens first time out. Of those we have already seen, the selection's stablemate Peaceful Passage could go closest, over a C&D which will suit her running style of tracking the leaders, followed by Henry Croft, if he can put his poor performance last time out behind him. 1. Kyneton 2. Peaceful Passage 3. Henry Croft
