Verdict

This race can immediately be narrowed down to the three-year-old's, and even then, can quickly be further reduced to a small pool of likely winners. Whilst it's early days, there is already some doubt that Touch Of Paradise can match her stunning pedigree, whilst War At Sea needs to take a huge step forward from what can only be described as a moderate debut. Both Crindle Carr and Naupaka have already shown some ability at this track, but the vote goes to the John Gosden trained debutant GARRICK. He looks a very nice type on pedigree, and can enhance his trainers fine 33% strike rate here since the introduction to racing on Tapeta in May 2016. 1. Garrick 2. War At Sea 3. Touch Of Paradise
