Verdict

A surprisingly competitive looking juvenile hurdle for this grade, with many of these stepping down from loftier targets. OCHOS RIOS chased home Defi Du Seuil at Kempton on his last start, and though he never troubled the Triumph Hurdle favourite that form has to be respected. The biggest threat could be Timoteo, who is yet to win a race but has some consistent form behind some good quality rivals and will find things much easier today. Force of Forces shaped well on debut and can fill the places if showing no ill-effects from his final flight departure. 1. Ochos Rios 2. Timoteo 3. Force Of Forces
