Simon Dow is most likely still learning about his 90,000 Guineas Newmarket October Sales purchase Mr Scaramanga. Whilst by Sir Percy, he's out of Lulla (sprint pedigree) and whether this stiff mile will prove troubling remains to be seen, with his undoubtedly noteworthy juvenile campaign run mainly over 7f. Similar concerns exist with regards pleasing Lingfield debutant winner Ay Ay, and Kempton Polytrack scorer Mailshot.
