Thrice-raced winner. 33/1, 12¾ lengths eighth of 11 to The Lion In Winter in Acomb Stakes at York (7f, good to firm) when last seen in August. Looked promising prior to that and he's the one to beat eased in class here.

9/1
Promising type. Won 14-runner maiden at this course (7f, 33/1) on debut 35 days ago, well on top finish. As a rare first-time-out winner for her yard, she could be pretty decent and improvement is on the cards.

Once-raced maiden. Third of 10 in maiden at Lingfield (8f, AW, 9/1) on debut 16 days ago, not knocked about. Should improve with that run under his belt and he's not without each-way hope.

Foaled March 17. Expert Eye filly. Closely related to 5f winner Agent Shiftwell and 5f winner Pretty Shiftwell and half-sister to 1m-1¼m winner Shifter. Yard is not synonymous with winning newcomers.

Forecasts

Rajeko (4/6), Port Light (6/4), English Lady (9/1), Ravens King (18/1), Maximus Decimus (33/1), Dojin (50/1), Arundel (50/1), Malay Massaman (100/1), Casual Encounter (100/1), Holywell Bay (125/1), Backer Bilk (150/1), Reload (250/1), Sister Seagull (250/1)

Verdict

This can go the way of RAJEKO, who had five subsequent winners behind when making a winning debut at Windsor in June before contesting a couple of Group races. He will appreciate this drop in class and stepping up to a mile on this all-weather debut shouldn't be an issue. Port Light and English Lady are both of interest following their winning debuts, while Ravens King shaped with promise on his recent introduction at Lingfield and is open to improvement.
