Kept on well when adding to his tally at Warwick (21f, good) in May. Creditable efforts in defeat both starts since and, with this drop back in trip no problem, he should have a part to play.

Back on track following a 6-month break when making a winning start for new connections at Southwell (15.8f, good to soft) in May. Didn't do much wrong when second at Newton Abbot next time and she merits respect.

Scored twice within the space of 5 days at Hexham and Kelso in May, and latest fourth of 12 in a C&D handicap (good to soft) was a creditable effort. Eased 1 lb and not without each-way hope with Elizabeth Gale booked.

In good form for new yard, finishing second in a Perth maiden before going one better in a similar race at Worcester (2m, good to soft) last month. Bolted up in a novice over the same C&D 19 days ago and he has to be feared.

Fair maiden on the Flat who built on the promise of her Hereford maiden effort when narrowly prevailing in a Grade 3 mares' handicap at Cheltenham in April. 6 lb rise for that makes life tougher but she ran well on the Flat last time and is not discounted.

Three-time winner on the Flat who finally got off the mark over hurdles in first-time cheekpieces under Megan Bevan at Newton Abbot in May. Shade disappointing when third at Stratford (18.7f, good) next time but he's a player nonetheless.

osing run stretches back to March 2022 but put in a good shift back in this sphere when third of 14 to Calevade over C&D (good) last month. Meets that rival on 6 lb better terms now and he's one to consider.

Fairly useful form on the Flat in Ireland and dual hurdles winner for Harry Derham, the second success coming in a Hereford handicap in February. Recent efforts have been at least respectable but looks vulnerable on debut for new yard.

Dual C&D winner last summer and returned to form when adding a third with a terrific front-running display last time, a feature of which was his slick jumping. 5 lb rise fair enough and he has to be high on the shortlist.

C&D winner in June 2022 but mixed bag since and while he's certainly capable of a bold show off this mark, others make more appeal on balance. Visor applied.

Has won twice already this year and posted what was probably his best effort yet when runner-up in a Class 2 C&D handicap (good to soft) off 1 lb lower last time. Likely to be on the premises once again.

Forecasts

Emotivo (10/3), Calevade (4/1), Grivetana (7/1), Uggy Uggy Uggy (7/1), King Otis (15/2), Ashington (9/1), Well Educated (12/1), Vocito (12/1), Vocal Duke (16/1), Winterwatch (16/1), Fourofakind (28/1)

Verdict

VOCITO made it 2-3 for this yard in good style at Worcester recently and he is taken to complete the hat-trick with Gina Andrews doing the steering. Calevade looked on good terms with himself when scoring for the third time over this C&D last time and he should be in the mix once again, along with King Otis and Uggy Uggy Uggy.
