Opened chasing account in 12-runner handicap at Lingfield (20f, good to soft) in November and improved again when taking Kelso handicap (22.3f, heavy) 32 days ago. 8 lb higher now but could be more to come yet.

Built up a good strike rate over hurdles last season, gaining fourth victory in a Wincanton novice (15.2f) in February and posted best effort in this sphere when second of 10 in handicap at Leicester (20.1f, good to soft, 12/1) 33 days ago. Expected to be bang there.

Acquitted himself well over hurdles this term, likely undone by longer trip when third of 7 at Ludlow (23.8f, soft) latest. In good hands and must be taken seriously on chase debut.

Successful sole bumper start and on his first 2 completed starts over hurdles but rather let down by jumping both starts over larger obstacles. Tries longer trip now with first-time cheekpieces applied.

Dual bumper winner who made a sound enough start over hurdles last season, gaining second victory from 5 starts at Market Rasen (18.6f) in March. Type to make a chaser and promised more for a long way at Cheltenham last time. Remains open to improvement in this sphere.

Irish point winner who remains lightly raced under Rules. Posted improved form over fences when second of 8 in Exeter handicap (19.2f) latest and must enter calculations.
