Has won some competitive handicaps at York in recent times and landed a Listed race at that venue in July. Has run okay without winning in previous seasonal reappearances and at his best on fast ground; on a workable mark.
Rattled off a hat-trick at the start of last year, returned from two poor efforts with a win at Chelmsford in September but wasn't in the same form for the remainder of the campaign. At his best when able to dominate and may get that chance here.
Ended a losing run at last year's Shergar Cup meeting at Ascot when gaining a first win for this yard. Didn't back that up subsequently from a similar mark and all his best recent form has come at Ascot; back on last winning mark at least.
Bought for 26,000 gns after winning a competitive maiden at Naas in June. Progressed nicely for this yard, as form figures of 102121 suggest and proven on undulating tracks; steps up a level in terms of opposition but may yet have more to give.
Enjoyed a solid season last year, winning twice and going up a total of 18lb in the weights. Hard to imagine a drop back to 5f will be ideal on evidence to date but yard can ready one off a break and further progress entirely possible this year.
Has won four of his 15 starts for this yard and showed this sort of mark may not be beyond him when fourth of 22 (40/1) in a competitive handicap at the Ebor meeting last year; a repeat of that career best could see him hit the frame.
Made it three wins from six runs on return at Windsor in 2019 from this handicap mark but failed to build on that; this is much more competitive than that five runner heat and has developed a habit of missing the break on two of his last three runs.
Talented sprinter on his day but hasn't shown his best form at this venue (0-6). On a nice mark if he can bounce back and record fresh gives some hope having won twice earlier in his career; could bounce back and booking of Moore a plus.
Course winner (July) back in 2015 but hasn't run all that well here since. Got his head back in front at Newcastle having won twice last season and capable from this sort of mark.
Just one win on turf since 2018 and he's an inconsistent sort. Ran okay on seasonal reappearance last year and on a workable handicap mark but others look more reliable and Encore d'Or looks the likely first-string.
Better on AW than turf but can operate from his reduced turf mark here and has run some big races on the back of absence in previous years. Booking of Atzeni a plus and interesting here if the ground stays on the quick side.
Won back-to-back handicaps at Chelmsford this winter but on a career high mark as a result and this is much tougher than her recent assignments.

A competitive opener to 2,000 Guineas day but there's a chance that LEODIS DREAM will be allowed to dominate from the front and David O'Meara's horses have been running well since the return of racing earlier in the week. Julie Camacho does well with her sprinters and Makanah has a good strike-rate and is worth considering here. Royal Birth can be given a squeak from his reduced turf mark if the ground stays on the quick side.
