Cost €56,000 as a yearling; half-brother to 2yo 6f winner Don Armado. Dam 5f winner, sister to useful 6f winner Pay Freeze. Stable not prolific with 2yo newcomers but more than competent; have a fancied one in the first division.

6/1
First runner for sire (Kodi Bear), dam 1m winner, sister to smart 2yo sprinter Lilbourne Lad (won a Group 2). Cost £52,000 as a yearling, yard more than capable with 2yo's, worth checking how their runner (Sound Reason) goes in the first division.

Yard have a moderate record with their 2yo newcomers, cost £40,000 as a yearling. Closely related to smart sprinter Stake Acclaim and half-brother to a couple of other useful types, dam 6f Group 3 winner at two; interesting sort.

Trainer has a good chance in first division, looks to have a similarly strong chance here. Price rose €22,000 from foal to yearling (€60,000), dam 6f winner, sister to a useful winner at up to 1m; very much one to include in calculations.
Yard not noted for first-time 2yo winners but have had some success in this sphere. 15,000 guineas yearling; half brother to a couple of winners at up to 1m, dam lightly-raced half-sister to smart sprinter Magical Memory, note any market vibes.

Figures for the yard of 0-37 with 2yo newcomers in the last five years don't add any confidence to this ones chance. Cost just 4,000 guineas as a foal; dam maiden (stayed 1m), makes little appeal up against some powerful stables.

Yard's first-time juvenile winners tend to be useful but overall they have a modest record on debut. Half-brother to four winners including Listed winner Company Asset (2yo 6f winner), bred to be sharp, only of interest with market support.

40/1
Yard not noted for juvenile winners (0-11 with debutants last five years) but this gelded son of Dandy Man looks bred for the job. Half-brother to a couple of 5f 2yo winners; dam also 5f juvenile winner, worth a passing glance in the market.

20/1
First foal of a dam who was a winning sprinter over 6f, also successful over 5f as a 2yo. Cost €32,000 as a yearling; should know his job but the yard's 6-181 record with juvenile newcomers (last five years) tempers any enthusiasm.

Gelded son of Sir Prancalot, first foal of a 5f winner who is a half-sister to smart sprinter The Reaper. £21,000 yearling from a yard who can produce the odd useful juvenile first-time up, best watched unless market suggests otherwise.

Tapeten Toni
Age: 2|  Weight: 9-5| J: C Lee| T: K R Burke
20/1
Yard have a fair chance in the first division with Significantly and looking at this ones pedigree he's worth a market check. Dam a winning sprinter (including at two), who is closely related to useful 2yo 7f winner Choirgirl, respected.

Horse silk
6/1
Half-brother to a couple of winners including Al Ozzdi (twice a Tapeta winner); dam French 2yo 5.5f winner. Yard 5-22 with newcomers last year, looks to be one of several in this who can be given a chance, yard have a fair record at this track.

Forecasts

Andronicus Beau (4/1), Internationaldream (11/2), Victory Heights (6/1), Digital (6/1), Lost My Sock (7/1), Emirati Dirham (15/2), Pacha Prince (11/1), Isle Of Lismore (16/1), Obtuse (20/1), Tapeten Toni (20/1), Mokaman (40/1), Katty D (125/1)

Verdict

As with the first division we have 12 newcomers going to post so no form to work with. Richard Fahey has a fair chance of landing the earlier race and his INTERNATIONALDREAM is given the nod here to get complete a notable double. Kevin Ryan and Karl Burke are also represented previously and their duo Digital and Tapeten Toni should enter calculations given their previous exploits with juveniles. Victory Heights has to be of interest given his background and it may be worth keeping an eye on the market with regard to Mokaman and Lost My Sock.
