War Command gelding, showed some promise in his two runs last year but will have to step things up considerably to be landing this contest.
Nicely related son of Oasis Dream was a head-second in 6f Wolverhampton novice on debut just before the break; likely improver and should be in the firing line again.
Fetched £130,000 as a breeze-up buy and confirmed promise when runner-up on debut at Newcastle (6f) last autumn having started 6-4f. This looks stronger on paper.

COLD FRONT was edged out in a 20-runner heavy-ground Newbury maiden on debut in the autumn having travelled strongly in the lead. The front pair had clear daylight from the pack, which has already thrown up a quartet of subsequent winners. William Haggas' smart-looking colt sets the standard on that effort and may go one better. Meraas, Captivated and City Walk are others with form to note, while Al Hajees and Fresh are noted newcomers.
