Big price on debut but ran an eye-catching race and confirmed that promise when justifying favouritism at Ayr next time. Ran with credit in Listed class at Newbury last time and likely to go well again here.
Improved from debut to win his next two starts and particularly impressive when bolting up at the Derby meeting at Epsom on soft ground. Not disgraced in the Coventry when ninth of 23 but disappointed a little at Goodwood last time. Needs more here.
Impressive when winning on debut at Windsor but looked a bit green when stepped up in class at Newbury last time. May be seen to better effect over a bit further and others preferred here.
Won on debut at Yarmouth and while well beaten at Newmarket in Group 2 class, he got back on track with a win at Newbury in a three-runner contest. Still entirely unexposed and likely capable of making his presence felt in this class.
Ran with plenty of promise in his first couple of starts and won his next two outings, most recently a Class 3 Handicap at Ascot. Much more needed to make his presence felt at this level though.
Debut winner at Nottingham before a fine fifth of 23 in the Coventry at Royal Ascot. Produced another respectable effort in a Group 2 at Goodwood last time and he raced keenly that day and it's likely there's more to come here. Sets the standard.
Ran well on debut and he won his next two starts at Hamilton and Brighton, the latter a 5L success on soft ground. More progress likely but up against it at this level.
Unbeaten in two starts and won with a fair bit in hand at Hamilton last time out. Yard do well with these types and he's likely to take another sizable step forward here for last year's winning trainer.
Ruined his chance with a slow start at Ascot on second run but gained compensation in valuable conditions race at Newbury. Hasn't built on that in two runs since and while it's likely there's more to come from him, the yard form has to be a concern.
Forecasts
Shine So Bright (9/4), The Irish Rover (7/2), Emaraaty Ana (5/1), Space Traveller (5/1), Cosmic Law (11/1), Chuck Willis (12/1), Legends Of War (14/1), Showout (16/1), Semoum (33/1)
SHINE SO BRIGHT sets a solid standard on form with two placed efforts at this level and he gave the impression he was still capable of better last time out at Goodwood. Space Traveller is expected to run well in his bid to maintain his unbeaten record while Cosmic Law is better than what he showed last time and is still an exciting prospect.
