Very inconsistent, and no win machine either, as a record of 9 wins from 90 starts shows. Always capable of popping up in this lowly grade but faces competition for the lead here, and the draw could have been kinder. Not hard to look elsewhere.
Only one win in 26 starts, but on the plus side that did come over this C& and he's well enough handicapped if in the mood. Step back up in trip no bad thing either, but needs to put another moderate effort last time behind him. Chance, but risky.
Drop back to this trip (especially with a likely good pace) might suit after weakening out of close home over a mile here last time. Still looks on a workable mark and decent draw to work from if good enough. Not ruled out.
Falling very quickly in the handicap now, and far better class than this at best, but can't be backed with any confidence after a series of poor efforts. New yard have time to turn him around but can only be of interest if strong in the market.
Was in good form late summer/autumn, winning a couple on the sand and looking progressive. However, has suffered a couple of reversals lately and appears to have gone off the boil for the time being. On that, others preferred.
Well behind Robbie Roo Roo three starts ago at Kempton and two subsequent efforts don't give much confidence that he can turn that form around here. Hard to make a solid case for.
Lightly raced over the past twelve months or so, has some reasonable runs to his name at the track but new yard couldn't find any improvement on first run for seven months recently and may need more time before achieving full fitness.
Best recent effort came here in October when finishing midfield over a mile, but efforts surrounding that don't inspire much confidence and this drop back to 7f is probably a negative as well. Others make more appeal.
Twice a winner on the sand over this trip recently, those wins sandwiching a moderate effort at Wolverhampton. Up 4lb for latest win and may get taken on for the lead here, so no certainty to follow up, but chance to if she gets loose.
Lightly raced and at least has room for improvement, but he will need it on what he's shown to date and despite going off favourite for a Yarmouth handicap last time, ran poorly. Chance to bounce back here, with this surface no issue.
No win in nine starts but did get close at Wolverhampton in the summer, albeit over a furlong shorter than tonight. Might have got closer over C&D next time out but for suffering a poor run, and if fit after absence, more interesting than a few.
Has a couple of wins at the track to his name, including one over C&D in September, so at least has that positive, but recent efforts have gone downhill and he was well beaten latest. Switch back to a track he goes well at the straw to clutch.
Has really found her stride recently, winning at this trip at both Kempton and LIngfield and showing a good attitude in the process. Up another 3lb for latest but that still looks a very workable mark, and she has to go well again.
Capable of form in much better grace than this in 2016, and recent efforts suggest he might be on the way back to some form. On a good mark but likes to lead, and from a moderate draw and facing competition up front, others preferred.
C&D record reads 8212, so that looks a big positive, and is in decent form after a couple of solid efforts on last two starts. Hood may help him settle a bit better here, is well drawn, and no reason not to go close if putting best foot forward.

This looks very open, with any number holding some sort of chance. VIOLA PARK gets a tentative vote, with the new headgear perhaps proving the catalyst for a bit of improvement. Likes it here and should run his race. Loveatfirstsight is doing little wrong at present and looks the one to prove the main danger, with Rockley Point taken to round out the tricast.
