Verdict

Josephine Gordon made the headlines at the weekend when notching her maiden century at Wolverhampton, and STRANGE SOCIETY offers her the chance to add another success to her fast growing tally in a very winnable contest. Hugo Palmer's colt cost 210,000 gns as a yearling, and he made a pleasing start when finishing third to Music Society at Chelmsford two weeks ago. The stable isn't afraid to send some of their more promising horses on the long journey North to Newcastle, and he looks by far the most likely winner with the returning Ambient (AW debut) just about the pick of the remainder.
