Won four times in 2016, culminating in a Listed win at Ascot at the back end of last year. Not in quite the same form this time around and soft ground is a bit of an unknown but ran okay on ground with some cut as a juvenile; needs to bounce back.
Four-time winner as a three-year-old and while she's run some big races in defeat, she's yet to get her head in front this time around. Likes soft ground though and may not be done progressing yet so can't be dismissed.
Hasn't won since rattling off a hat-trick on the AW at the end of 2013/start of 2014. Ran okay both times she's contested this race in the past but hard to fancy in current form.
Third in both the Epsom and Irish Oaks last year but remains without a win since her debut. Hasn't really threatened in a pair of efforts at Listed level recently and likely to struggle up in class.
Has been running well in big field handicaps lately, including a fine effort in the Ebor last time when left with too much to do. Clearly in good form and won her maiden on good-to-soft, but her efforts on soft ground since are uninspiring.
Ended last season with a win in the Cesarewitch and won a Group 3 on fast ground at Ascot on return this year. Likely to be effective back at this level following a couple of runs in Group 1 company but she's never won on soft ground.
Maiden winner here over a mile last year and has run okay in a pair of subsequent efforts in Listed company. Needs to find more improvement for the step up in trip and may be better when she's returned to faster ground.
Has won three of her last four starts and kept on well to win on heavy ground at Roscommon last time. May find improvement for a step up in trip and clearly relishes testing ground; not dismissed despite others bringing stronger form in to the race.
Running well in maidens in 2016 and recorded a hat-trick this summer, culminating with a win in a Class 3 at Newmarket. Respectable effort last time at Goodwood in a Group 3 and can go well again for a yard that won this last year in these colours.
Off the mark at the ninth attempt at Fairyhouse in July and followed that up with a Listed win at Leopardstown. Not as good in two subsequent efforts on soft ground though and Moore seemingly prefers Dubka.
Ralph Beckett won this for Qatar Racing last year with Simple Verse and he may be able to land back-to-back renewals for the owner with MELODIC MOTION. It could be telling that Ryan Moore rides Dubka over Wild Irish Rose and while the filly is yet to win this year, she enjoys testing conditions. Detailed may arrive with the lowest rating but she would appear to be one who will relish conditions and may be able to run a place.
