Some promise in novice hurdles but went backwards in first two starts in handicaps. Early days yet but something to prove now, and likely to need this after a break too.

Not the most regular in the winners enclosure but came good at Stratford latest, a track he likes, and 5lb rise is fair. Trip and ground fine but needs to reproduce his Stratford form elsewhere to hold best chance.
3
Horse silk
Tunnel Creekp57
Age: 5|  Weight: 11-12| J: Fergus Gregory(3)| T: O Murphy| OR:  99
6/4
No win in nine starts over hurdles and form only modest, but switch to Olly Murphy has seem many horses improve this summer and this may be another. Has been found a weak race to start off in and likely to be strong in the market.
4

Lion Of Lackabanev113
Age: 6|  Weight: 11-7| J: Charlie Hammond| T: Mike Hammond| OR:  94

Ran a little better than finishing position would suggest last time, doing plenty in front and leading into the straight before classier types took over. Into handicaps on a low mark and may go better than likely big odds imply.

Finally shed his maiden tag at Uttoxeter in May and then promptly doubled his tally back there in June. Below form next time out but still on a dangerous mark and no saying he can't bounce back under likely ideal conditions.

Supapowersp,t20
Age: 11|  Weight: 10-9| J: Mr Morgan Winstone(3)| T: R Stephens| OR:  82

Stays well and could find this trip on the sharp side, and mark is falling quickly now after some very moderate efforts lately. Needs to turn things around and that looks unlikely here.
9
Horse silk
The Kvillekenp,t19
Age: 9|  Weight: 10-1| J: Mr A Hark(5)| T: M Keighley| OR:  74
15/2
A regular in these events and pops up occasionally, but tends to find less than expected when the pressure's on and is usually opposable for win purposes.

Volcanic Jack7
Age: 9|  Weight: 10-0| J: K Yeoman(5)| T: M C Chapman| OR:  71

More letters than numbers in his recent form and best days surely behind him now. No realistic chance of success.

Often well backed (as was the case again at Stratford last time) but in truth has shown little. Market clearly expects better but out of the handicap here and can't really be looked at as a likely candidate for the win.

Forecasts

Tunnel Creek (6/4), Mr Mafia (9/2), Eddy (5/1), Come On Louis (6/1), The Kvilleken (15/2), Supapowers (9/1), The Lion Man (14/1), Robin Why Not (20/1), Fair Frank (20/1), Lion Of Lackabane (33/1), Volcanic Jack (66/1)

Verdict

Not a strong race to conclude the card and if Olly Murphy can work the oracle with TUNNEL CREEK, as he has done with plenty of similar types this summer, then he might take some beating. Lion Of Lackabane has performed a little better than his form figures suggest and shouldn't be dismissed. Fair Frank is another that should do better now going into handicaps and needs a market check. Come On Louis showed some form last time and should be up to getting in the places if repeating it.
