The most exciting chaser in training right now, miles clear of these rivals on ratings and will come as a monumental surprise should he meet with defeat.
Possibly paid the price for doing too much too soon last time at Thurles, he's got plenty of ability and looks best placed to take advantage should anything unexpected happen to Douvan.
Ran a fair race over hurdles to get him ready for this and is generally consistent but lacks the firepower to serve it up to the favourite.
Won over hurdles at Thurles last month, just a modest record over fences however and will likely find the pace of Douvan has him looking ordinary in this race.

It is impossible to suggest that DOUVAN will be beaten in this race but the great leveller in this game is the fact the fences must be jumped. This looks to be his final stopping point en route to next month's Queen Mother Champion Chase and while he makes little appeal as a betting proposition, it will be a great source of disappointment should anything go wrong for him. Smashing looks the best of the remaining trio and should take the minor honours while Draycott Place and Realt Mor are likely to find themselves struggling a long way from home despite being decent performers in their own rights.
