Luis Vaz De Torres needed to be drawn lower to be at his very best in the toteplacepot Handicap but ran a good comeback race and could still go well if he gets the breaks.
We have three in the totesport.com Royal Mile Handicap. Chingachgook is a horse we like and while he hasn’t won yet – he has been progressing. He's coming along nicely but stall 12 isn’t ideal here.
Indomneo knows how to win – having done it five times last year. Hes another drawn wider than ideal which is a shame as both track and ground will suit him.
Joe’s Spirit is a very enthusiastic horse at home and needs to settle here as he requires a lifetime best to be competitive.
Bengali Spirit is Garswood’s first runner as a sire in the toteexacta EBF Stallions Novice Stakes. If the rumours are right then I Am A Dreamer is going to be very hard to beat. My horse takes after Garswood, he’s laid back and will win races – but this could be a tough starting point.
Geoff Potts tends to run well fresh but five furlongs is the bare minimum for him so any rain ahead of the totetrifecta Handicap would be in his favour as it would slow the others down. He is very fit and well.
Our final runner is Chief Justice who looks to have Queen’s Sergeant to beat in the closing totepool Happy Easter EBF Maiden Stakes. Ours is a horse we like and will run very well.
