Ian Ogg had back-to-back winning naps and now Matt Brocklebank has the Thursday best bets.
An eyecatcher on his first run since wind surgery, Brunel Charm made good late ground from off the pace having been drawn wide over C&D. The booking of Oisin Murphy has to be viewed positively even though he is 0-16 for the stable while Brunel Charm looks well treated having last won off 73. That success was back in 2022 though and preference is for WHITE MIST who runs this track well. She also has decent form at Wolverhampton so better might have been expected last time but the run, her first since June, may just have been needed and she's fancied to go close from a competitive mark with that outing under her belt.

TOMMIE GUN hopefully had a bit of a confidence-boosting run back over hurdles at Uttoxeter last month, having fallen on seasonal/chase debut at Warwick in October, and the handicapper looks to have given him a proper chance now, easing the horse another 2lb meaning he's 6lb lower than when first given a mark based on his maiden/novice form last season. Returning to a testing surface should play to his strengths too and Kielan Woods takes over from 3lb claimer Finn Lambert in the saddle.
It's not a strong race by anyone's standards but MISS HUNKY DORY showed up well on her return from a break (and wind surgery) when third at Ffos Las a fortnight ago and it's hard to imagine a subsequent 2lb rise will be enough to prevent another bold bid. Given how she was ridden last time, moving up to three miles here looks right up her street and I like that she was second at Wincanton in a heavy-ground bumper back in March too. The Ben Clarke yard having a couple of winners in recent weeks only enhances the appeal.
KELCE should be up to landing the Discover What's Trending At rhino.bet Casino Handicap Chase at Market Rasen. He was beaten favourite at Hexham last time, having also filled the runner-up spot when 40/1 at Uttoxeter the time before, but he's evidently started out on a good mark for his new yard this season and the two good runs show it wasn't a fluke. Ground conditions are soft, good to soft in places but unlikely to be too testing for the six-year-old who could be a hard horse to pass if getting his own way out in front which does look quite likely on paper.
DREAMS ADOZEN didn't but much ice on the all-weather in his younger days but he's been running well in defeat of late and is only 2lb higher than for his last victory which came at Chester in June. He tends to force the pace so could be well suited to this place at the first time of asking and Jason Hart may be able to stack them up in behind from stall three.
