Fran Berry has one bet at Naas this afternoon as he eyes an each-way selection at a big price with conditions turning in her favour.
All eyes are on Epsom today and I quite like the look of Ennistymon and Vatican City each-way in the Oaks and Derby respectively, but there’s a good card at Naas, as well, and I’ve one bet there.
MISS MOLLY T is the selection in the Support Naas Local Businesses Handicap at 3.35.
She’s been disappointing on her last couple of starts on faster ground, the last time in a hood, but her maiden form on softer ground last year reads very well.
With that in mind, off a mark of 76, back down at seven furlongs and on yielding ground (which could be softer, we’ve had heavy rain here this morning), she’s worth an each-way bet.
Colin Keane is riding for his dad here and if he’s allowed to bowl along in front then all the better, as Naas can suit those on the pace.
