1pt e.w. Son And Sannie in 1.30 Naas at 5/1

Just the one selection at Naas today and it's SON AND SANNIE who looks solid each-way in the five-furlong handicap at 1.30.
The favourite Boughtinthedark is worthy of his position in the market, having won the last twice including just yesterday at Navan, but Son And Sannie has only had the five starts and there was definite promise in his four maiden runs.
On his last maiden run he was fourth at Dundalk and the form has worked out really well of course, Sceptical was just in front of him on that occasion, but it was his comeback run at the Curragh when second after being off for eight months that put him firmly in my mind.
It was his handicap debut (eased 1lb for it), he travelled well into the race from rear, didn't get the best of runs through and finished off his race well.
He's entitled to improve a lot for that given his lack of fitness and handicap experience.
The high draw looks a bit plus on recent evidence there and given the cut in the ground and he's bred to handle the surface so there's a lot to like in general.
