Fergal O'Brien is hoping for another personal-best season after exceeding his own expectations during the last campaign.
Not only did the Naunton handler's final total of 60 winners surpass his previous best of 47, it also saw him break through the £500,000 prize-money barrier for the first time in his career.
With the bulk of his top performers back for more, there is every chance more records could be broken come the end of next April.
"It was a great season," said O'Brien. "The thing with Paddy Brennan not riding for Tom George was a big plus, as was having my partner Sally Randall coming in as it helped spread the load and gave me someone to bounce ideas off.
"All I wanted to do was to get to 50 winners, so to have another 10 after that was great. We had two or three weeks in January and early February where they were not firing, but for most of the last two seasons they have been pretty consistent.
"We have had a great start and have a lot of new horses in and built 10 more stables, so we are looking forward to having another good season."

COLIN'S SISTER
"She won four of her five starts last year and was only beaten in the Grade One in Ireland when the ground went too quick for her. When you are in those Grade One races you need everything right, although she still galloped all the way to the line.
"You could not be disappointed with any of her runs and we are lucky to have her in the yard.
"She may have to go against the boys first time out, but there is a Listed race over three miles at Kempton at the end of November and that's her main aim this side of Christmas.
"I'd love to go to Cheltenham with her, but whether we get soft ground there is another thing. We will just take it one race at a time."
CAP SOLEIL
"She came to us last July and was a very big, backward three-year-old. We tipped away with her and luckily we have patient owners that never put us under any pressure.
"We decided to go for a three-year-old bumper at Newbury, which she won, then she went to Cheltenham where she really had to battle it out to win. She turned up at Sandown two and a half months later and did it again.
"She has been jumping well at home and is a bit bigger and stronger than last season. I think we will start her off over two miles at Newbury in early November and take it from there."
OSCAR ROSE
"She ran during the summer last year and came third at Worcester before disappointing at Stratford. We gave her a bit of break and she came fourth at Cheltenham, before winning a Listed race at Huntingdon.
"We took her to Sandown to make sure she was ready for Aintree. She ran fantastic there and was just beaten on the day. She is not quite as big as Colin's Sister, but hopefully she has got the same sort of engine and we'd like to think she is as good as her.
"We ran her over hurdles once and she didn't jump well, but we sent her away and she has been schooling once or twice a week. She has grown in confidence and makes more of a shape over them now."
POETIC RHYTHM
"He could start in the Persian War at Chepstow on Sunday. He had already run in four novice hurdles and has been mixing it with the best of them. We are very happy and he remains a novice for this year. He looks like he has got a bit stronger and in time he will be a three-mile chaser next season. He has run in four point-to-points in Ireland and two for us. He is just a nice sort of horse to have in the yard."
GLOBAL STAGE
"He ran very well on his first run for us at Haydock, then he was fourth in the Tolworth Hurdle behind Finian's Oscar. He probably left his season behind there, as two miles was too short for him and he was flat out all the way. We probably ran him a bit too soon when we wheeled him out at Leicester, then he took a fall at Warwick.
"We decided to call it a day and come back as a novice this season. We are going to keep him over hurdles and I wouldn't mind going to Newbury in December for the Challow Hurdle if that came up really soft. He is a big, imposing horse and I wouldn't be afraid of having a go at it."
