If you are working remotely, here's how to run a sweepstake from home...

First, assemble a group of eight, 10, 20 or 40 colleagues, friends and family, then..

Option 1: Conference Call

1. Download our pdf for a full list of runners and riders
2. Set up a Zoom/Skype call
3. Draw runners out of a hat

Option 2: Random Number Generator

1. Set up a WhatsApp group
2. Type out names of friends in alphabetical order and send to everyone
3. Then go to this random number generator and enter 1 in lowest, 40 in highest, and '1' in column boxes
4. 40 random numbers (none repeated) will appear in a list
5. Assign first generated number of that list to first person in the alphabetical list and so on until everyone has a horse

Option 3: Pick Your Own

1. Arrange for friends to take part
2. Ask them to pick a number
3. That number is their runner
