Temeraire likes to get on with things from the front and has the perfect draw for those tactics though she'll have a battle for the lead with another confirmed front-runner in Reedanjas and they may just cut each other's throats if both going hell for leather from the off.
Henry Spiller’s four-year old Good Business has shown a nice attitude when landing a course and distance double under Adam Kirby on her first two runs for this handler and they’ve now booked 5lb claimer William Cox to help negate some of the weight, having gone up 7lb for that most recent success.
The form hasn’t really worked out and this is a deeper race but as she’s unbeaten at the trip you’d be brave to rule her out.
The bet for me, however, is Julie Camacho’s filly MYTHICAL SPIRIT who was also a winner over track and trip the last day. She went close on debut for this yard on her penultimate start over this distance at Newcastle when beaten by a length-and-a-quarter before going one better here a month ago and is only on a 3lb higher mark in an identical handicap, so makes plenty of appeal from the foot of the weights.
The four-year old is open to plenty more improvement as she's still unexposed over this trip and much like last time this race should be run to suit with plenty of pace on offer up front, and a patient ride by Paul Mulrennan could pay dividends in the latter stages.
