Owner and pro punter Murt Khan has a 'rock solid proposition' for today's card at Bangor.

2pts win Be My Sea in 4.20 Bangor at 2/1 - repeat of latest second should be good enough and he has scope for improvement too

This staying handicap hurdle lacks a bit of depth for me.

Princess Roania ran a fair race on the Flat after a long time off, but this was followed with a below-par effort at Aintree and she has a bit to prove. It may have been a case of her bouncing but at 3/1 you will be hoping she can leave that latest laboured run behind.

Arkadios has proved a bit inconsistent of late, but he has a chance if putting his best foot forward. Again it will be a case of taking him on trust to perform to his best.

Shantou Tiger is a capable performer but has been below par of late over fences and hurdles. He may also have the issue of being taken on for the lead by Tribal Dance.

Western Storm is unexposed and the market will be the best guide to his chances.

BE MY SEA is the clear pick for me. He has been very consistent since joining Tony Carroll and deserves to get his head in front today.

He ran in a much better race last time out and ran really well in finishing a close second to Toviere. He still remains unexposed over hurdles and is open to further improvement. I like his honest attitude and he looks an uncomplicated ride. With a decent pace I can see him lobbing around in midfield and turning it on at the business end of the race. All in all, he looks a rock-solid proposition at 2/1.
