There seems to be a couple of go forward horses on paper in the shape of Stynes and Sarpech in the Racing To School Here Today Novices’ Handicap Chase at Worcester (2.30).
Yes Daddy returns off a break having mixed some all-weather action with chasing at the back end of last year. He's another horse who could be on the pace.
The horse who I feel will benefit from a decently-run race and is potentially the best-handicapped horse in the race is DRUID'S FOLLY. Two starts ago he was sent for home far too early at Sandown on bottomless ground and struggled to get up the hill.
Last time out was much more promising over half a mile further than today when he travelled strongly and found one too good in Stick To The Plan. The third Arabian Oasis has come out since and finished a respectable second at Carlisle.
Paddy Brennan is a specialist on these types and I think he will allow the horse to measure his fences early and give him a patient ride. He’s 9/4 pretty much everywhere and that represents fair value. If any rain materialises, it shouldn't hinder his chance.
A danger could be Deauville Dancer, who is handicapped to go close but has a long break to overcome.
