Pro punter and National Hunt expert Murt Khan is prepared to take another chance on a Nicky Richards runner today.
GUITAR PETE was put up in this feature last time out. Having been advised at 4/1, he was subsequently hammered in the market before going off 13/8 favourite.
I feel that during that run he was always a tad out his comfort zone and never really in a real rhythm with his jumping leading him to always race behind the bridle.
I think Market Rasen will suit him a bit better today and he should benefit from a true-run race. If he gets into a nice rhythm today I can see him out the back early on and picking his way through the pack as the race progresses.
This is a tougher race on paper, but I'm willing to chance him again at 9/1.
