Olympic bronze medallist Amy Tinkler hopes to rise to the big occasion once again as the World Cup of Gymnastics heads to the O2 Arena in London on Saturday.
The 17-year-old is part of a four-strong Great Britain team at the event which also includes fellow Rio Olympian Brinn Bevan, London 2012 bronze medallist Sam Oldham and Georgia-Mae Fenton.
Tinkler has switched clubs to South Essex since her Rio success and is looking to step up her comeback after being hampered by a minor calf injury at the National Championships last month.
Tinkler said: "The World Cup is my first big event of the year and I'm really looking to go out there and enjoy it.
"I don't feel any extra pressure because of what I did in Rio.
"I feel more motivated than ever to get back in what is going to be another really big year for me. I'm excited to compete in London in front of a massive crowd and it will definitely boost my performance."
In the absence of Rio stars like Max Whitlock and Louis Smith, Oldham is looking to use the event to re-boot his own career after controversially missing out on selection for Brazil.
For Oldham, a member of the men's team that clinched bronze at London 2012, the World Cup is the first stop on a long road he hopes will culminate in success in Tokyo in 2020.
Oldham said: "It's going to be a busy year and I see this as a massive opportunity to get back on the international stage and reinvent myself and my routines.
"This is definitely the start of the journey towards Tokyo for me. I'm very fortunate to have a lot of stepping-stones coming up, and the World Cup in London is the first of those."S
aturday night is the last chance to impress selectors ahead of next Tuesday's team announcement for the European Championships in Cluj later this month.
