New Orleans Saints @ Cincinnati Bengals (1700 GMT)
The streaking Saints are the hottest team in the NFL after making it seven wins in a row with a statement victory over the Rams last week, but they'll need to be on their game to avoid a banana skin in Cincinnati.
The 5-3 Bengals have home field advantage and a bye week to prepare in their favour, but the prospect of playing without star receiver AJ Green is a big worry - they've won just three of the ten games he's missed.
New Orleans beefed up their own receiving options by signing star free agent Dez Bryant, but he seems to have gone down with an Achilles injury so is a non-factor in this game.
QB Drew Brees steers the second-best scorers in the league though and top wideout Michael Thomas will be hoping for another huge game going up against the NFL's worst pass defence.
It may be tougher than you'd expect but New Orleans have won in Minnesota and Baltimore, both of which rank as tougher road trips than this, so they should be able to make it eight in a row.
Verdict: Saints win (-5) at 5/6
Seattle Seahawks @ LA Rams (2125 GMT)
It's what is known as gut-check time for the Rams after suffering their first loss of the season last week at the start of a tough stretch that includes this divisional scrap and a shootout with the Chiefs before their bye.
The Seahawks may only be 4-4 but they lost by just a couple of points in a ding-dong battle in Seattle and with their play-off hopes on the line they'll be giving it everything to grab a vital divisional win.
Russell Wilson will again be the focal point for the Seahawks and bottling him up remains the key to victory for LA - who ranks a lowly 25th in passer rating allowed by the defence.
Touchdown machine Todd Gurley scored a hat-trick in their last meeting but their should be more balance to the attack as receivers Brandin Cooks and Cooper Kupp left that game with concussion.
This will be a good test of LA's character with such a tough game coming hot on the heels of defeat, so we'll see what they're made as they chase the Super Bowl but, on what we've seen so far, they should respond just fine.
Verdict: LA Rams win (-8) at 5/6
Dallas Cowboys @ Philadelphia Eagles (0110 GMT)
If the Cowboys aren't quite drinking in the last chance saloon they're at least lining up outside to get in as they face the Super Bowl champions and fierce divisional rivals.
The Eagles aren't what they were last year, but they're 4-4 and just behind Washington in the NFC East with three divisional clashes coming in their next four, so this could be the tie for them to take control.
There's another battle of two new receivers in this one with Dallas having Amari Cooper and Philly unleashing Golden Tate on the Cowboys - Tate has already played, and lost, against Dallas for Detroit this season but he did have a big game with eight catches, 132 yards and two touchdowns.
More of a worry for Dallas was the way Tennessee bottled up Ezekiel Elliott in Monday's defeat, and they now go, on a short week, to the home of their rivals who also own the second-best rush defence in the league.
Divisional games are different, but form doesn't exactly go out of the window, and with Eagles fans in full voice for the national game that should be too much for the inconsistent Dak Prescott and company to handle.
Verdict: Eagles to win (-7) at 10/11
