It could be a good night at Romford for Paul Burr, who has plenty of good chances on the 12-race graded card at the Essex venue on Wednesday evening.

The pick of the bunch appears to be Roman Champ (T6), who has a nice make-up in stripes as he drops into an A6 at 7.27.

Since scoring at this level by two lengths late last month, the son of Good News has been running well in defeat and only missed out in an A5 by half a length when runner-up on Saturday.

He is fancied to turn prominently in this lesser company, and he has the gears to strike if he does.

His kennelmate Makeit Missy (T2) also gets a welcome drop in class after being held by just half a length in an A2 last Wednesday.

With a nice draw outside a slow starter, she has a good chance to lead up in the A3 at 7.11 and she would take some catching if turning in front.

Another expected to go well for the Burr kennel is Letsbeavingyou (T6), an A2 winner as recently as October 9 who is eased into A5 company at 6.53.

He has been threatening to score in A4 events of late, including when second last time, and the strong runner could be hard to hold with a clear run out wide here.
