Chris Stroud won a three-man play-off to win his first PGA Tour event, the Barracuda Championship, on Sunday.
The American beat compatriot Richy Werenski and England's Greg Owen after the trio finished with 44 points in the tournament, which uses a modified Stableford scoring format, at Reno's Montreux Golf and Country Club.
Owen held a five-point lead going into the final round but only forced his way into the play-off with a birdie on the final hole.
The 45-year-old was eliminated in the first play-off hole at the 18th after only managing par, before Stroud won it when his birdie bettered Werenski's par.

The 45-year-old picked up 14 points in Saturday's third round of the Reno tournament, which uses a modified Stableford scoring format.
Mansfield-born Owen found nine birdies and just one bogey, before his strong position was weakened slightly by a double bogey at the 18th.
Even so, his 37-point tally gives him a five-point advantage over nearest challengers Derek Fathauer (USA) and Stuart Appleby (Australia) with 18 holes to play at Montreux Golf and Country Club.

The American's second round contained six birdies and two bogeys, earning him 15 points and taking him to 26 in the Nevada tournament, which uses a modified Stableford scoring format. Werenski is now a 10/1 shot to win the event with Sky Bet.
Australian Stuart Appleby is two adrift on 24 points, with England's Greg Owen and American trio Luke List, 6/1 favourite Ben Martin and Dicky Pride another point further back.
