Brighton v Arsenal (1330 GMT, Sky Sports Main Event)

Arsenal travel to the Amex Stadium for on Sunday as they take on Brighton & Hove Albion.

The Gunners were beaten by Manchester City twice in the space of five days, with the results adding to the on-going speculation surrounding Arsene Wenger’s future at the club.

The defeat on Thursday saw Wenger’s odds cut from 28/1 to 10/1 to be the next Premier League manager to leave, with Arsenal out to 33/1 to secure a top four finish.

For Brighton, they currently sit in a good position as they look for survival in their debut Premier League season. They are in 12th but, much like half of the league, find themselves in a relegation battle.

The Seagulls can also take confidence in Arsenal’s recent results. Wenger’s side have lost four of their last five in all competitions, which included a shock home defeat to Swedish minnows Ostersunds in the Europa League.

Chris Hughton’s side have lost just two of their last ten games at home, including big wins over Swansea City and West Ham.

The Seagulls can go into this one believing that they can get a victory, and given Arsenal’s current situation, they are more than capable of achieving it.

Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere is a doubt for the clash after he missed the 3-0 home defeat to Manchester City with a minor ankle issue.

Nacho Monreal (back) and Alexandre Lacazette (knee) are also absent as manager Arsene Wenger admits he is likely to make changes with one eye looking ahead to the Europa League trip to AC Milan.

The Europa League is the only trophy that Arsenal have a chance of securing this season, so it comes as no surprise that they will start to prioritise that over the league.

Brighton have won their last two home league meetings against Arsenal, though this will be the first such match since September 1982, which the Seagulls won 1-0.

With Arsenal’s current form, and given Wenger’s temptation to rest players ahead of their European tie in Italy, I’d be backing Brighton to pick something up on Sunday.

Brighton can be found at 7/2 to pick up the three points, but Brighton or draw double chance at just short of even-money is my best bet for the game.

Score prediction: Brighton 1-1 Arsenal (Sky Bet odds: 11/2) (Tom Carnduff)

Best bet: Brighton/Draw in double chance market

Alternative bet: Both teams to score

Manchester City v Chelsea (1600 GMT, Sky Sports Main Event)

Sunday’s second offering of football is the mouth-watering clash at the Etihad Stadium with runaway leaders Manchester City taking on Chelsea.

Pep Guardiola’s side could be just five games away from winning the Premier League title after a dominant season that sees them 16 points clear at the top.

For Chelsea, they face a battle to try and secure a spot in the top four with the future of boss Antonio Conte unclear past the end of the season.

They’re currently on a run that has seen them lose three of their last five league games, they were defeated away to Manchester United last time out.

City will be eager to wrap up the Premier League title as soon as possible so that they can fully switch their attentions to the Champions League and victory on Sunday will move them closer to doing so.

Guardiola’s men have lost just once in the league this season, that coming in the 4-3 thriller against Liverpool at Anfield back in January.

One story to watch during this game is Sergio Aguero, who is one goal away from hitting the 200 mark for City in all competitions.

He scored in the Carabao Cup victory over Arsenal last weekend, before Petr Cech denied him from close range when the two sides met again at the Emirates on Thursday.

For the hosts, Kyle Walker could be out with a calf problem. The England full-back limped out of Thursday's win at Arsenal and is now a doubt for the visit of the reigning champions.

Raheem Sterling could also be absent as he overcomes a muscular problem with Fernandinho (hamstring) and Benjamin Mendy (knee) definitely out and Fabian Delph banned.

City are unbeaten in their last four games against Chelsea at the Etihad, and they find themselves as 4/6 favourites to win again. Chelsea can be found at big as 5/1 to secure all three points and the draw is around the 10/3 mark.

With City’s ability to score goals and the terrifying talent they possess in attack, I’d be looking towards the hosts to win with goals in the game. Manchester City to win and over 2.5 goals can be found as big as 13/10, with Sergio Aguero available at 7/2 to open the scoring and get his 200th goal in a sky blue shirt.

Prediction: Manchester City 3-1 Chelsea (Sky Bet odds: 11/1) (TC)

Best bet: Manchester City to win and over 2.5 goals in the match

Alternative bet: Sergio Aguero to score first
