This 2-2 draw on March 23 1994 was no exception, as George Graham's side twice came from behind to grab a point at Highbury, where Eric Cantona did what Eric Cantona so often did and let his emotions get the better of him.
The enegmatic Frenchman was given his marching orders late on in the game after picking up two yellow cards in the space of three minutes.
Cantona was booked for fouls on Arsenal’s Ian Selley and Tony Adams in quick succession to see red with just two minutes left to play at Highbury.
Amazingly, although not entirely susprisingly, it was Cantona’s second red card in just four days - coming hot on the heels of his dismissal at Swindown Town.
Cantona saw red against the Robins for a stamp on John Moncur (see video below), and his bad behaviour saw him given a five-match ban.
