Arsenal legend Charlie Nicholas says he's more upbeat on the north London derby than he was a few weeks ago, but would still be happy with a draw on Saturday.
Tottenham v Arsenal (1230 GMT - BT Sport 1)
Yes, Arsenal got a big win during the week, but Bournemouth cannot travel and I don’t want to dress it up too much. I get angry with my teams, especially with Arsenal more than any other team, and there are still problems to deal with for when they face Spurs.
I like the manager personally, sure, he could be a bit more consistent in his choice. He does this rotation thing, Aubameyang starts and then Lacazette comes on, and I'm still not sold on that.
Coming into the derby, they still make a mistakes with that back three - and it was a sloppy goal that they gave away against Bournemouth so there is plenty still to work on.
When they were fifth, that is what I was expecting, I thought they would struggle to get in the top four.
Chelsea have collapsed and Manchester United have been drawing a few, but they are still in the mix and Emery is building the momentum.
I don’t know what to make of the back four or three though, Monreal is not a centre-back, and they'll need security going into the derby, with Torreira and Guendouzi.
Gunners great going forward
Arsenal are still as exciting going forward as they always have been. Mkhitaryan has been as bad as Sanchez has been at Man Utd, but he has added pace and direct movement since he has returned, and he is now a different player.
The goals and the one-on-one factor against Bournemouth was great and good to see. If you don’t use it you lose it with Ozil, he has come back into the team and I want to see him against Spurs. He makes things happen and sees things quicker than any other player does.
He may go with Ramsey and Iwobi, but Lacazette could come back into the side alongside Aubameyang.
Three weeks ago I would have been worried, but now I’ve got a feeling there is more steel and determination at Arsenal. I like the keeper a lot, but he has a lot to learn so that's potentially a problem, but there are plenty of positives to look at.
If you offered me a draw now though I would take it, that’s the reality of where Arsenal are. The manager has had to be so patient and although they're getting there, it's still a tough away game and a point would be a good result.
But after the last few games for both clubs, I will certainly go into the north-London derby a bit more upbeat.
