Belgium head coach, and ex-Wigan and Everton boss, Roberto Martinez has extended his contract until after the 2022 World Cup.
The Spaniard's deal had been due to expire after Euro 2020, which has now been delayed by a year because of the coronavirus pandemic.
He replaced Marc Wilmots as boss in 2016 and led Belgium to the semi-finals of the World Cup two years later, where the were beaten by eventual winners France.
They then defeated England in the third-place play-off.
Belgium have since risen to the top of FIFA's world rankings after qualifying for the Euros with a 100% record.
"I am very happy because this is a very ambitious project and I feel everything is in place to work towards a beautiful legacy in Belgian football," said Martinez, 46.
"I believe immensely in this group of players. I feel that it wasn't the time to break that relationship, so it's time to look forward to a very intense international period."
Martinez's new deal is effectively a two-and-a-half-year extension, with the 2022 World Cup scheduled to take place in Qatar in November and December 2022.
