Champions Manchester City beat Southampton 1-0 to get to 100 points and end their historic season with more Premier League records.
City become the first Premier League team to reach a century of points and their 19-point advantage over second-placed Manchester United broke the record for the biggest title-winning margin.
They did miss out on breaking rivals United's record for the earliest title-winning date by a day, which was scuppered by their dramatic 3-2 derby defeat on April 7.
The most-expensively assembled squad in world football (click here for full ranking) ended the campaign with 100 points, 32 wins (16 home, 16 away), 106 goals and a goal difference of +79!
