Championship giants Villa are waking from their early-season slumber and go into games with Burton and Bolton on a high after their first back-to-back wins of the campaign. It's not hard to see them comfortably inside the top six heading into the next international break.
Middlesbrough to beat Norwich (Sky Bet Championship)
Boro have shown tremendous resilience to come away from their last two Championship games with four points having twice been behind against QPR (won 3-2) and salvaged a late draw from their trip to Fulham. Norwich are unbeaten since heavy defeats to Villa and Millwall last month but haven't been altogether convincing and face a tall order at the Riverside.
Peterborough to beat Oldham (Sky Bet League One)
There are usually goals when these sides meet (a remarkable 43 in the last 10 head-to-heads) and high-flying Posh should be buzzing after their dramatic weekend win over Wigan. Oldham have lost two on the spin and could be forgiven for feeling a little sorry for themselves in light of Saturday's 5-1 hiding at Rotherham.
Crawley to beat Newport (Sky Bet League Two)
Newport aren't an easy side to play but they look a much happier team at home at Rodney Parade and Crawley's weekend win over Barnet suggested they are now getting it all together under Harry Kewell. The hosts look good value in this one on the back of that confidence-boosting away win.
