Jorginho only arrived at Chelsea in the summer, and the new recruit is already making his mark on the Premier League.

The new recruit tops the individual passing charts so far in the Premier League this season, racking up an impressive 1,186 after 12 games.

That total is over a 100 more than the next best - Manchester City's Aymeric Laporte - and it shows Jorginho's importance to Maurizio Sarri's side since arriving from Napoli.

The Italian international has been key to Chelsea's good start to the season, contributing to their league-high 8,706 passes this term as they made an unbeaten start to prove their credentials as genuine title contenders.

Three of the league's top five passers come from Sarri's side, while Man City's John Stones has the best accuracy, with a 94.6% success - Chelsea's Mateo Kovacic is second with 93.1%.
