Arsenal's Champions League odds: Premier League betting latest as Mikel Arteta still eyes top five finish

Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta believes the Gunners are still involved in the Champions League race after beating Wolves, but knows there is no margin for error down the run-in.

Arsenal secured an impressive 2-0 win at Wolves that put a huge dent in Nuno Espirito Santo's side's chances and also kept Arteta's men just about in the picture.

They're now in seventh place in the table, eight points behind Chelsea in fourth with five games to go, but just six points off Manchester United in fifth which is currently the final Champions League place with Man City's ban.

Leicester are next up for Arsenal, and with a positive result there they'd not only improve their own chances but reel the Foxes in further after their slump.

Arsenal are 20/1 to finish in the top five and bag what currently is the final Champions League spot, but they've got a tough week coming up.

Brendan Rodgers' side enjoyed a welcome win against Crystal Palace on Saturday but they're still just a point above Chelsea and three above United as the race for Europe really hots up.

"Every game you have no margin for error, we know that we try to win every game," said Arteta.

"We've got some momentum getting into a crucial stage of the season where we are going to face the top teams in the next two weeks.

"We have to try to prepare as well as we can. We know how important these games are for the future of the season, so we are very focused and committed to doing as well as we can.

"I think we have to win every game, and then wait and pray.

"We need to go game by game. Two weeks ago we were really far from thinking about Europe, now we are a little bit closer. We'll go game by game and see where it takes us.

"Winning is not an easy thing to do and it's another step forward in our process and I'm really happy."

Saka shines for Arsenal

Among the positives for Arsenal in their win was a first Premier League goal for 18-year-old Bukayo Saka, coming hot on the heels of him signing a new contract with the club.

With Eddie Nketiah also playing well, and hitting the post, and Joe Willock supplying an assist as he continues to improve, the future looks bright for Arteta's side if he can sort out the obvious problems at the back.

They did manage a more than welcome clean sheet against Wolves though.

"We're just taking each game by each game because we know how important every point is at this stage," Saka told arsenal.com

"We're trying to win every game we can, take each game slowly and we're just so happy to get the win because we know how much it means in terms of the table and the position we finish.

"We play this competition so much. This competition is probably the one that means the most to us right now so I'm just so happy to get the goal and help my team get the win."
