Report
Babar Azam was the star as Pakistan defeated the West Indies by 74 runs in Guyana on Sunday to level the ODI series at 1-1 with one match remaining.
Azam's unbeaten 125 provided the backbone for a score of 282 for five after the West Indies won the toss and elected to field. There were also good contributions from Imad Wasim (43 not out from 35 balls) and Sarfraz Ahmed, who hit 26 at a rate of a run a ball.
Pakistan's seam bowlers then made significant inroads into the West Indies batting line up with the hosts in trouble at 75 for six.
Jason Holder went on to get his half century and record his highest ever career score - 68 - but his efforts would be in vain as his side fell some way short of their target, being dismissed for 208.
Hasan Ali brought an end to proceedings by taking the wickets of Alzarri Joseph (15) and Holder to end with career-best figures of five for 38.
