TELEPATHIQUE wasted no time over hurdles, and took to fences so well at Fakenham last time that you’d have thought she’d been jumping them all her life.
Fakenham is not an easy track to jump around either - there are more fallers there as a percentage of total runners than anywhere else - but she never touched a twig and had loads left in the tank to win an easy 11 lengths.
The handicapper has hit her with a 13lb rise but there looked like there was so much more to come, and those five fences down the back that come in quick succession could see her away and gone if she jumps them well.
TIGERBYTHETAIL is the one that looks worth an interest here.
Winner of seven of his eleven point-to-points, beating the useful Law Of Gold on one occasion he would also have beaten Secret Investor at Fakenham but for unseating at the last, he just needed that comeback run at Stratford last month, but he stayed on all the way to the line and an extra three furlongs here can only be to his advantage.
He still looks very well treated on a mark of 117 if he translates that form back to hurdles today.
