There's an extra place up for grabs with a couple of firms (Sky Bet, Coral) in the Betway Free Bet Club Handicap at Wolves this afternoon and favourite Pensax Lady looks one to oppose following a 3lb rise in the weights for her latest near miss at the track last month.

She's now 4lb higher than for her course and distance win in November and is no good thing to repeat her form having struggled with consistency a little bit in the past.

Suitsus seems to be coming to the boil for the Geoffrey Deacon yard after three solid placed efforts but at a slightly bigger price, and one worthy of an each-way investment, bottom weight Powered is preferred. 

He's pretty well exposed now and remains a maiden after 18 career outings but the 20lb drop in the weights since he first set out in handicaps is fairly dramatic and the booking of Silvestre de Sousa looks significant today.

He's never ridden Powered in public before but looks the ideal man to wake this horse up, who caught the eye running on late in the day when seventh under Miss E MacKenzie claiming 5lb. She's ridden him the last two times, using waiting tactics on both occasions, and a more prominent ride might just spark a better outcome this time.
