Two each-way bets for me at Dundalk this afternoon, the first of which runs in division one of the dundalkstadium.com Median Auction Maiden.

Joseph O'Brien's well-backed Isle Of Sark is now actually a non-runner so Offiah is extremely short in the betting as a consequence following a nice debut run at the track when third.

I think he's worth opposing at the odds and MY MINERVINA appeals at 11/2. If you take her last run out of the equation, when unbalanced around Naas on very bad ground, then she's still quite promising. She travelled well when fourth at the Curragh on her second start and the form has worked out quite well.

She also ran really well in a fair maiden at Bellewstown first time out so My Minervina is very interesting on the Polytrack back on a level surface.

I thought Barretstown was possibly one of the more interesting ones in the nursery and Whatharm - who we put up successfully last week - is going to be hard to beat again in the last race, but the other one I'll be backing today is PRAYING MANTIS in the Test Your Tipping Talents At punters.hollywoodbets.com Every Dundalk Meeting Handicap (Div I).

She had three runs over sprint trips before shaping well on handicap debut in tough conditions at Gowran, before shaping even better last Monday at the Curragh. She lay up with the strong pace there and was also on the wrong part of the track. The fifth has gone on to win over the weekend and Praying Mantis tried to match that one from the off.

I think she's very interesting stepping up a furlong to a mile here from a good draw in stall seven with Kevin Manning coming in for the ride. He has a good relationship with the yard. The filly also runs in the same silks as Mantles Prince who I won the 2000 Ladbroke Hurdle on at Leopardstown, but I admit that's not a particularly relevant piece of information!
