Professional punter and National Hunt expert Murt Khan heads to Perth for two recommended bets on Wednesday.
1pt win Argentix in 2.50 Perth at 10/3 - form of previous race has worked out well
1pt win Katgary in 3.25 Perth at 7/2 - holds a winnable mark & looks overpriced

Dear Sire has been a consistent horse this summer and has provided connections with a lot of fun. Last time out he won comfortably enough but I'm not too sure what the form amounts too. This can be said about his previous run over course and distance too so I'm willing to take him on today.
Mirsaale banged in a couple of smooth wins last season against modest opposition having shown very useful form on the Flat. His form tailed off afterwards and he's respected coming off a break but his profile doesn't scream out really well handicapped horse to me.
Desert Island Dusk looked to have reached his level whilst Traditional Dancer has useful hurdle form in the book and if he put's his best foot forward he could go close.
The horse I like is KATGARY. He's generally held his form and has enjoyed a decent summer over chases running against superior opposition to what he faces today. He comes back over hurdles today having run poorly last time when he was never at the races. For a consistent type like him I'm willing to forgive that run as it may have come to soon after a personal best in attritional conditions at Carlisle. A mark of 137 looks a winnable mark for Pauline Robson's seven-year-old and 7/2 looks overpriced.

ARGENTIX ran a really encouraging race on his British Rules debut, the form of that race has worked out pretty well. He has some in-form opposition to take care of but he may be the one with the most improvement out of them all.
