THE TRIGGER has really come alive in his last two races and it looks like the stable of Ronan McNally has finally found the key with the horse.
He has won very impressively off far higher marks in his last two chase starts in the UK. Three starts ago over hurdles Richard Johnson made his move too soon on the horse and I'm sure in hindsight he would've held onto the gelding a lot longer.
Back in Ireland, back over hurdles, off a lowly mark of 87, I can see Danny Mullins giving The Trigger a confident ride and obliging for followers at a price of 13/8 (Paddy Power, Betfair Sportsbook).
