Bottas has managed to fly somewhat under the radar since his last victory, in Azerbaijan in April, which isn't really how you want to be describing a Mercedes driver's season. Nevertheless, his rolling one-year contract was extended in the summer so the team are content enough with his performance despite the Finn having failed to win in 10 races - a stretch in which team-mate Lewis Hamilton has triumphed six times. It's hard to see Bottas breaking his drought under the Singapore floodlights this weekend given Hamilton's record on this street circuit and Max Verstappen's likely challenge in the Red Bull, but he can net his 12th podium from 15 races at a shade of odds-on.
Kvyat's return to the Toro Rosso team that unceremoniously sacked him at the end of 2017 is exceeding expectations. The Russian already has 33 points under his belt, nearly half of them thanks to a spectacular podium finish at Hockenheim in July. He was running sixth at Monza last time out before being forced to pull over with an oil leak, having been set for at least seventh place. Kvyat can make up for that disappointment in Singapore this weekend by grabbing a points finish at odds-against - he's scored in eight of this season's 14 outings so the 7/5 is value.
